To preserve the integrity of our operations and to fairly compensate our licensed medical professionals for their time, expertise, and clinical review, the following Refund Policy applies to all services provided.
All payments made toNexus Veteran Consultants arefinal and non-refundable.
This policy applies to, without limitation:
Intake and Medical Record Review fees
Base Nexus Letter preparation fees (single condition)
Fees for additional medical conditions
Expedited or priority service fees
Due to the professional time, administrative processing, and medical review involved in each engagement,no refunds will be issued once an Intake and Medical Review has been scheduled or a provider has begun review, regardless of whether:
The client elects not to proceed with services, or
The reviewing provider determines that a Nexus Letter is not clinically appropriate or supportable
While Nexus Veteran Consultants strives to deliver medically credible, evidence-based Nexus Letters,we do not guarantee:
Approval or denial of any VA disability claim
The speed or timeline of VA adjudication
Service connection or a specific disability rating
All determinations regarding VA claims are made solely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.Nexus Veteran Consultants has no authority over, and bears no responsibility for, VA decisions or outcomes.
Clients are solely responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and truthful medical records, service records, personal statements, and supporting documentation. Incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information may limit eligibility or affect the provider’s ability to render a medical opinion.
Such circumstancesdo not constitute grounds for a refund.
By submitting payment for any service offered by Nexus Veteran Consultants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety, as well as ourTerms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Notice.
