Nexus Veteran Consultants providesindependent, evidence-based medical consulting services, including the preparation of medical opinion letters (“Nexus Letters”) to support veterans in their pursuit of disability benefits administered by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (“VA”).

Nexus Veteran Consultants:

  • Isnot affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the VA, the Veterans Health Administration, or any government entity

  • Doesnot provide legal advice, file VA claims, offer accredited representation, or act as a veterans’ service organization

  • Doesnot guarantee any VA claim outcome

All services are professional medical consulting services only and do not replace treatment, diagnosis, or ongoing medical care.

 


 

Eligibility and User Responsibilities

Nexus Veteran Consultants is aTexas-based independent medical consulting entity and isnot affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), or any federal, state, or local government agency.

The information provided on this website and through our services is intended forgeneral educational and documentation purposes only and doesnot constitute legal advice, psychological counseling, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment.

All Nexus Letters and medical opinions issued by Nexus Veteran Consultants areindependent medical opinions authored by licensed U.S. healthcare providers practicingsolely within the states in which they are individually licensed. Services are delivered usingsecure, HIPAA-compliant technology platforms. Medical opinions are based exclusively on records, documentation, and history supplied by the client and arenot a substitute for ongoing clinical care or treatment from a personal healthcare provider.

 


 

No Guarantee of Outcomes

The presence, submission, or use of a Nexus Letter doesnot guarantee:

  • Approval of a VA disability claim

  • Grant of service connection

  • Assignment of any specific or favorable disability rating

  • Processing speed or outcome at the VA level

All determinations regarding VA disability claims are madesolely by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Nexus Veteran Consultants has no authority over VA decisions and bears no responsibility for claim outcomes.

 


 

Scope of Services / No Legal Representation

Nexus Veteran Consultants doesnot file VA claims, manage appeals, communicate with the VA on a client’s behalf, provide legal advice, or act as an accredited VA claims agent, attorney, or Veterans Service Organization (VSO).

Veterans are strongly encouraged to consult with aVA-accredited representative, attorney, or VSO for assistance with filing and navigating the VA claims process.

 


 

Client Acknowledgments

By using this website or engaging Nexus Veteran Consultants’ services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing your VA disability claim

  • Nexus Veteran Consultants and its providers arenot liable for VA determinations or decisions

  • Medical opinions are dependent on theaccuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of records provided

  • Conclusions may differ should additional or contrary evidence later become available

 


 

Refund Policy Acknowledgment

TheNexus Intake & Medical Record Review fee is non-refundable. Due to the professional time, labor, and medical review involved,refunds are not offered once an intake has been scheduled or provider review has begun—regardless of whether:

  • The client elects not to proceed; or

  • The provider determines that a Nexus Letter isnot clinically appropriate.

 


 

Licensing and Governing Law

All services are rendered in compliance with applicablestate licensing laws and telehealth regulations governing the provider issuing the medical opinion.

All services, transactions, and disputes are governed by thelaws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
